I am graduated in physical Education and Sports and postgraduate in Advanced Personal Training. Since I was young, I’ve always been connected to sports.
I suffered what all the kids suffer: “Do not know what I like most, so let’s do everything!”. There I was in these ”wanderings”, when I finally found out that acrobatic gymnastics would be the sport that I’d like to do most. I spent a few years in the sport until I gave up, because unfortunately, in our country, education and sport are not yet synchronised.
Since then I always kept in touch with sports, did not practice any competitive modality, but did my workouts on a regular basis or I went to the gym.
I have always been very determined and aware of what I want, and one of the things I enjoy most is helping people. When I started high school, I already knew I wanted to be a Personal Trainer, because everything I liked was associated with this profession: helping people and practise sports! Is there anything better than doing what we like best? I knew I was going to be happy! And I’m!
When I went to college I immediately felt like starting work, I knew I had a lot to learn, but I still knew I could start doing something good, at least with those around me.
I started by trying to implement healthy lifestyles, I started encouraging my friends to train, I was part of some projects in the street where I started training and I used to call people who were passing by to come train with me (they thought I was crazy).
For me, it is essential to change people’s lives and my mission in this area of fitness is to achieve that change. Transform lives, not just bodies, but self-esteem, way of life, healthy habits. A healthy mind is halfway to a memorable body.
I often call my clients ‘Warriors‘, and there is no word that best describes them, it is not easy to put up with and face my training.
